Intermat Paris 2009

International Presentation of the latest Hartl machines „Powercrusher PC1 and PC2“ at Intermat in Paris from 20. – 25. April 2009.

Hartl Powercrusher: Robust Powerhouses „Made in Austria“

Austrian quality and reliability are world renowned and appreciated – it is these characteristics that have made Mauthausen based Hartl Anlagenbau GmbH so internationally sucessfull over past decade.

Their acclaimed crushing and screening range is now produced in the recently completed production and assembly facility in St. Valentin, Austria. This will allow the machine builders Alexander, Stefan and Dominik Hartl to move in the right direction in the future.
The 12000 m2 works will have the ability of producing up to 400 units annualy utilising the most advanced technology and ensuring the highest quality machines on the market.
Both of the latest machines from Hartl were designed and developed in-house and can be stamped „100 % made in Austria“. Both can be seen for the first time at the Intermat in Paris – this will surely be a highlight for the international visitors.

Success across continents

The Powercrusher PC1 (Impactor) und PC2 (Jaw) have been delivered globally and units are already running from America to Cyprus on different jobsites.

In the USA the compact tracked mobile PC1 crusher is in operation since mid 2008. Placed through Hartl dealer Hanquip, the unit is working in a tough demolition and recycling application using the conveyor mounted HS1 screenbox to ensure perfect end product in one pass.

The screen box is also mobile and compact and has a big screening area (2,8 x 1,5 m) meaning high capacity and efficient screening.

Cyprus also has a PC1 Impactor running in a natural stone application and produces up to 250 tonnes per hour through the 1010 x 720 mm inlet opening

Thanks to the optimal geometry of the Hartl impactors crusher box, consistantly shaped end products are produced even when crushing large infeed sizes. All this with minimal wear. This makes the Hartl Impactors ideal in recycling and natural stone crushing.

The PC2 Jaw is equally special in design, with a hydraulic jaw adjustment. October 2008 saw Earthmoving & Demolition company Schneiberg purchase a unit and they immediately put it to work to demolish and recycle parts of Vienna´s North Train Station complex.

The first PC2 which was completed in the St. Valentin facility late last year was shipped to Argentina and compliments this customers existing Hartl fleet of crushers and screeners.

Both of these units expand Hartl´s already expansive product palette.

Visitors to the Show can view these two units in the Hall 3 at stand D091.

Hartl personnel will be happy to discuss their technological advantages and the finer points of the machines in details as well as introduce you to Hartls full range of mobile Jaw crushers, Impact crushers, Cone crushers, VSI crushers and screeners as well as their revolutionary electro-optical belt scales.
