Hartl Powercrusher Reporting for Duty!

Hartl Powercrusher together with their Northern Carolina Dealer, CE Sales Company, put a PC 1375 I Impactor and HCS 5515 Screener onto Camp Lejeune. Camp Lejeune is one of the United States biggest Marina Corp bases and accommodates nearly 150000 people.

Stephen Dube, president of Murphy Environmental & Land Management, LLC is a US Marine veteran and was awarded Phase I of a Revamp project. The project involves demolishing roughly 3000 houses as well as a vast amount of infrastructure. New facilities will be built after the demolition phases.

Stephen used the PC 1375 I impactor as a primary crusher to crush concrete house foundations, concrete piping, bricks and asphalt. The crushed material was then fed directly into a Hartl HCS 5515 screening plant that further increased the value and uses of the crushed material.

„Having an Impactor that can really work as a primary crusher allowed us to perform the job without a jaw crusher. This saved us money. The Hartl Powercrusher PC 1375 I took some fairly large blocks and broke it down to the sizes that we were looking for in one pass.“ Is what Stephen Dube had to say.

The base was so pleased with Murphy Environmental & Land Management, LLC that they have awarded them Phase 2 of the project.

He stayed until everyone from Murphy Environmental was happy and comfortable. He has subsequently been back twice to make sure that everything is running smoothly.“

The base sets high standards, and with clauses that stipulate a maximum of two days machine downtime, the PC 1375 I has really proven itself.

Hartl will continue producing high quality machines but they are now coming out of their recently completed 140000 sq ft production facility in Austria.

CE Sales Company have also recently built a brand new office/warehouse/ workshop facility at 1030 Novell Road Raleigh, NC 27607.

With these two expanding companies, 2009 can only be a good year.
