The Hartl vertical shaft impactor works with a low rpm to produce cubical material – for example as a shaper after a cone crusher or when set on a higher rpm for the production of high quality sand. Depending on motor rpm, the production outputs can reach up to 200 t/h.

This crushing principle makes the VSI a cost effective choice of machine when dealing with highly abrassive materials and guarantees perfectly cubical end products.
