The Hartl vibro unit is superior in it's construction due to the materials and welding procedures
used in it's manufacture. It is hydraulically powered and using counter balanced weights inside
the vibrating unit, the forces are distributed evenly and in the direction of the crushing chamber
- this allows for very effective material movement even when the hydraulic motor is adjusted
on lower output levels.
This effeciency eliminates materials getting clogged up in the hopper and the hydraulic motor
allows for the control of the vibro speed.
