All Hartl Powercrusher crushers are fitted with steel re-inforced, vulcanized heavy duty main
conveyor belts. They ensure high transport capabilities while maintaining a minimum weight.
At the crusher outlet, Sanpro plates are fitted that absorb the impact of the material as it exits the crusher - this protects the belt helping them last even longer. The 19 mm (3/4") thick belt is three
ply with three layers of steel re-inforcement. Belt change-out is accomplished easily and quickly.
