3 Integrated pre-screening |
| The pre-screen grid is part of the hopper. The grid is available in different sizes and configurations and can be specified before delivery of the machine. The screened material is either directed to the side conveyor and discharged or is directed onto the main conveyor (but does not pass through the crusher box) where it mixes with the material that has passed through the crusher box. The screening off of fines allows for greater production capabilities, reduction of wear and cleaner end products. |
