We present: POWERCRUSHER PC1
| | The first plant of the new generation of the high quality Powercrusher of the austrian producers Hartl Anlagenbau.
The PC1 is a compact crushing plant with high performances although under roughest conditions.

We would like to take the opportunity to use our first edition of Powernews to introduce a new product development – the Powercrusher PC1. This machine will be the first model to be totally constructed in our new production facility after already been built in our training halls in Enns. The PC1 has already been sold into Austria, Germany and the United States of America.
Compact – mobile – flexible – economical, all with a fresh new look – are the words that best describe our latest creation. Emphasis must also be made of the technology behind the pretty face.
Impactor PC1
The – now world famous – Hartl impact crusher is a robustly constructed box which produces high throughput values. Years of experience and constant development has allowed Hartl to produce the best crusher box suited for mobile units. In recycling or natural stone applications, the impactor can be used in a primary or secondary role.
The Powercrusher PC1 is fitted with an impact box PC1 with an inlet opening of 1070x750 mm (42“x29“) has an production capacity of up to 250 tons per hour. This obviously varies when material infeed size, required end product sizes are taken into account.
The inside of the crushing chamber as well as the swing beams are lined with wear resistant bolt-in wear plates – this enables switch out of individual wear plates in a quick and easy fashion.

The vibro grid itself is interchangeable – meaning that customers can decide on opening sizes or shapes (Zig-zag or straight).
Modern design
Some of the covers and housing modules on the Powercrusher PC1 are constructed out of GRP composites. These materials have been used in the boating and aircraft industries for decades due to their strength and light weight qualities.
Hartl have now taken advantage of this technology in the construction of the PC1 crusher giving it a sleek stylish look that has come to mark the look of the new Powercrusher generation.

High quality belts
Most of the Powercrusher products are fitted with steel re-inforced vulcanised heavy duty conveyor belts. These are quality belts that ensure high transport capabilities while maintaining a mininmum weight.
At the crusher outlet, Sanpro plates are fitted that absorb the impact of the materials as it exits the crusher – this protects the belt helping them last even longer. The Swop out of belts on Hartl Anlagenbau machines is a quick and easy process.
A special feature of the PC1’s main conveyor is that it is hydraulically lowerable – this makes clearing blockages as well as performing maintenance simple and less time consuming.

easy access to all the maintenance and service areas.

| | Screenbox HS 1
The Powercrusher PC1 can be ordered with the option of the HS 1 screenbox, which is able to be very quickly mounted/removed from the crushers discharge belt. The screenbox is capable of producing two fractions of material.
Optimal dimensions
The PC1 has optimal transport dimensions that allow for quick and cheaper transport from one site to another (L 12000 / 39‘4“, W 2420 / 7‘11“, H 3150 mm / 10‘4“). The crusher has a weight of 32 tons (70.547 lb) and with this weight can be put to work in record time. The screen box has a weight of 4 tons (8.800 lb) and because of this is quickly mounted or dismounted.
All in all the Powercrusher PC1 is a perfect choice as it combines excellent output capacities with perfect mobility and flexibility. We are proud and excited to present you with our new PC1.

mounted fast and easy. This allows the production
of two fractions in one cycle.
